One-on-One Training.

The Wellness Pros certified and dedicated personal trainers work one-on-one with participants, in order to help them gain strength, stamina and the tools to become more self-reliant. An individualized fitness program is tailored to meet the needs and specific fitness goals of the participant.

To begin, the participant should consult his or her health care provider, in order to:

  • Obtain a health release form
  • Discuss the amounts and types of activity that are appropriate for the participant

Next, a certified personal trainer from our Wellness Pros staff will:

  • Perform a Fitness Assessment on the participant
  • Provide a Fitness Consultation to give feedback on the assessment
  • Develop a Fitness Plan to help the participant achieve his or her fitness goals
